As a certified Life Purpose Life Coach and Goal Success Life Coach, my role is to help you gain clarity, confidence, and direction so you can step fully into a life that feels aligned and fulfilling. My 4-Week Life Purpose 1:1 Coaching Program is designed to guide you through a transformational process, helping you uncover your strengths, break through barriers, and create a plan to live with intention.

Understanding Life Coaching
Life coaching is a collaborative experience where we work together to identify your goals, shift limiting beliefs, and create a roadmap that aligns with your purpose. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing past wounds, life coaching is forward-focused—helping you step into the next chapter of your journey with clarity and confidence.
How My Life Coaching Program Works
This private coaching experience takes place over four weeks, with one-on-one Zoom sessions tailored to your needs. Each week builds upon the last, providing space for reflection, action, and growth. You’ll also have access to me via Voxer, so you can check in between sessions for guidance and support.
Weekly Breakdown of Our Coaching Sessions
Week 1: Discovery & Connection
Our first session is all about getting to know one another and setting the foundation for our coaching relationship. This is where I’ll listen deeply, ask intuitive questions, and begin to identify the themes and patterns that emerge in your life.

- Your current situation and why you feel called to explore your life’s purpose
- Any obstacles or fears that may be holding you back
- Initial insights into your unique talents and interests
📌 Homework:
- Reflect on what activities bring you joy and fulfillment
- Start a journal to track thoughts, emotions, and inspiration
- Identify any recurring signs or themes in your daily life that may guide you toward your purpose
Week 2: Clarifying Your Purpose & Passion
Now that we’ve set the stage, we’ll dig deeper into what truly excites you. This week is about self-discovery and exploration, identifying the things that make you feel alive and connected to your higher calling.

- Your passions and natural strengths
- How your life experiences have shaped your purpose
- Breaking through any mental roadblocks preventing you from moving forward
📌 Homework:
- Journaling exercises to explore what you feel most drawn to do
- Reflecting on past experiences that made you feel the most fulfilled
- Small steps to experiment with your passions (e.g., research, practice, or try something new)
Week 3: Creating a Vision & Action Plan
This week, we bridge the gap between dreams and reality by developing a tangible plan to move forward. I’ll offer ideas, resources, and strategies to help you take action toward your new path.

- Concrete ways to incorporate your purpose into your daily life
- Potential career paths, business ideas, or ways to serve others
- Tools, courses, or support systems that could help you along the way
📌 Homework:
- Begin implementing one or two small action steps toward your goals
- Create a vision board or mission statement to reinforce your purpose
- Explore additional resources or mentors who can support your journey
Week 4: Integrating & Moving Forward with Confidence
As we wrap up the coaching program, we’ll review everything you’ve learned and solidify your next steps. The goal is to ensure you feel empowered and prepared to continue your journey with clarity and confidence.

- Reviewing key takeaways from the past three weeks
- Addressing any lingering fears or uncertainties
- Creating a personal mantra or affirmation to guide you moving forward
📌 Homework:
- Develop a 30-day follow-up plan to maintain momentum
- Continue journaling and tracking progress
- Decide if additional coaching or accountability support is needed
